Registration



Early Registration (till Sept. 30th) Pre-Registration (till Oct. 25th) On-site Registration(Oct.30th ~ Nov. 1st)

For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors must do the registration before September 30th.

We accept only cash in CNY for on-site registrations.

All fees are in Chinese RMB. To register at the student rate, a copy of valid student ID has to be submitted through the online registration.



Author Registration


Every conference paper requires at least one REGULAR registration.

The authors of conference papers MUST register in the EARLY regular registration period by September 30th. If the registration has not been done by the deadline, the acceptance of the paper will be cancelled.



Student Registration


Reduced registration fee for students is applicable to only full-time undergraduates and postgraduates with valid proof for your student status.

A copy of the student ID card showing the name and the study period or a proof letter of the student status signed by the Head of Department should be attached to the online registration form. If this proof is not received, regular registration fee will be applied.



No show Policy


If a paper is accepted, either orally or as a poster, at least one of the authors must attend the conference to present the work, unless you have very good reasons and let us know.

Papers not meeting these requirements, unless specifically exempted by the organizing committee, will NOT be submitted for SCOPUS indexing or ACL anthology archiving.



Visas and Letters of Invitation


Travelers may require a visa to China. Please check the entry requirements at the website of the Immigration Department of China: http://english.gov.cn/services/visitchina/

Participants requiring a letter of invitation for visa or other applications should first complete the online registration and payment successfully, then send an email to the Organizers of PACLIC 29 (paclic29@cs.sjtu.edu.cn) including the following information:

√ Name
√ Gender
√ Date of birth (YY-MM-DD)
√ Passport number
√ Postal and email addresses
√ Confirmation number and title of paper if you have a paper accepted for the Conference

Note: The invitation letter does NOT imply any financial support from the Conference.



Online Registration


Read the following notice before you proceed to registration:

1) (*) This Online Registration need you to complete registration and payment. In order to complete the registration, you should download the personal information document and finish it. As for payment, we use the online payment system of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, so you should register an account in the payment system and complete the payment. After registration and payment, please send an email to the Organizers of PACLIC 29 (paclic29@cs.sjtu.edu.cn).

2) (*) Please download the Personal Information Document and fill in those fields, and send it to the Organizers of PACLIC 29 (paclic29@cs.sjtu.edu.cn) by email as an attachment to register in the conference..

3) (*) Change the receipt/invoice payer in the payment system if needed: If you choose no, receipt/invoice payer is yourself. You can choose yes, and change the receipt/invoice payer to your affiliation. The receipt/invoice payer cannot be modified when it has been submitted.

4) (*) Your papers will not be published in the conference proceeding unless you complete the payment proceduce before September 30th 2015.

4) We use the standard online payment system of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, which accepts several payment methods including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and JCB cards issued by banks worldwide. All the fees will be charged in RMB (Chinese Yuan Renminbi).

5) When you complete the registration and payment, you should sent an email to the Organizers of PACLIC 29 (paclic29@cs.sjtu.edu.cn) with attachments including Person-Information Document, Payment Snapshot and Student Proof. Student Proof should only be attached when you register as student status.
